Electronics Equipment Act (ElektroG)

We are not manufacturers of electrical devices according to § 3 paragraph 11 ElektroG.
As distributors of electrical devices, however, we guarantee within the meaning of the
ElektroG that only those electrical devices are placed on the market whose manufacturers
have notified the Federal Environment Agency or the responsible body in accordance with
section 6 (2) sentence 1 ElektroG.
