Even an SUV can sound sporty - as Eisenmann Exhaust Systems proves: BMW (F95) X5M Competition and (F96) X6M Competition are now available with a new sports exhaust system as an option.
Hemmingen, March 30, 2021 - Anyone who buys a BMW from the M series values dynamic driving and top performance. If an X joins the M, as in the two SUVs X5M Competition and X6M Competition, then it can also be a bit bigger. Eisenmann Exhaust Systems pays tribute to these wishes and is launching a new exhaust system made in Germany for the two power packs.
The rear silencer includes connecting pipes up to the Otto particle filter (OPF). The tailpipes are made of chrome and have a diameter of one hundred millimeters. Double-walled, they have the typical Eisenmann embossing of an 'e'. "Thanks to an inclined section of 20 degrees, our tailpipes integrate perfectly into the rear of the BMW X5M and X6M Competition", Eisenmann designer Robert Szabadkai explains the appearance of the new sporty exhaust system.
As with all systems from the Hemminger Manufaktur, the latest development for the BMW X5M Competition and X6M Competition ensures less back pressure and better performance. And for a sonorous sound that not only sounds sporty on the outside, but also pleasant inside the vehicle.
The sports rear silencers for the BMW X5M Competition and BMW X6M Competition have an EC type approval and are therefore street legal.
