In January 2024, S&R Eisenmann GmbH ("Eisenmann") acquired all shares in DIBU GmbH Pipes & Tubing ("DIBU"). The management is now in the hands of Mr. Marcel Brinkwirth, who also took over the management of Eisenmann in 2022.
DIBU has been a successful and reliable supplier to the automotive industry for many years in the field of cables, especially oil lines, servo lines, cooling lines and other components.
The demand for these products is constantly increasing in the current market environment, which is why Eisenmann is pursuing a strategic growth course with the acquisition of DIBU. By expanding the product portfolio and increasing the vertical range of manufacture, we see great potential for an efficient expansion of our cooperation.
