 The standout feature of the new muffler is the custom tailpipe hexa-design. As with the standard model, the tailpipes are visible on the left and right sides of the rear door sills, but they now come in a distinctive six-pipe look, and in sophisticated black.   Hemmingen, July 13, 2023  - The project car has been reworked on the outside and inside and, with around 700 hp, is also a lot faster than the series M3 from M-GmbH. This increase is achieved from a combination of the Eisenmann rear muffler with modified downpipes and software tuning. 
 The interior has been cleaned out and the rear bench seat has been replaced by a Clubsport rollover bar, which was developed and manufactured by Eisenmann. With the Clubsport rollover bar, we want to further demonstrate our competence in the field of motorsport and offer a technically and optically optimized rollover bar, which does not require any welding or drilling work during installation and can be installed and removed without complications. Since the assembly of the M3 is possible without removing the front seats, the experienced hobby mechanic will be finished with the entire assembly within an hour. The rollover bar will now go into series production and be available for various models. The pilot product with the M3 Competition will be available in the Eisenmann webshop from August. A bar for the E92 series is to follow next. 
 In order to provide an adequate environment for the rollover bar, the standard seats were also replaced, so that you can now take a seat in a Recaro Sportster CS. The OMP 4-point seat belts then round off an interior trimmed for sportiness. 
 On the outside, the M3 has not changed less...eye-catching foiling, suspension, wheels, body parts and of course our Eisenmann rear muffler with carbon tips, which catch the attention in the rear view. 
 For the suspension we rely on the traditional manufacturer KW from Fichtenberg. With the KW V4, there is guaranteed to be no situation on the road in which the suspension adapted from racing would not have the right answer to. 
 Matching the 21 inch wheels on the rear axle and 20 inch on the front axle come from BBS with the CI-R Unlimited model in Racing Gold finish. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S provides the necessary grip on the road. 
 The rear muffler was subjected to a special treatment for the project car so that the design matches all the other components perfectly. The body of the rear muffler and the connecting pipes were coated with a black matte ceramic finish. The inner part of the tips are matched to the golden wheels, which creates a nice contrast to the carbon outer part. 
 The original body parts were replaced by high end carbon parts from 3D Design and thus complete the high-quality look of the project car. 
 With a software and downpipe from Tuningteile.de you now get to around 700 hp, which make the BMW not only visually a feast for the eyes, but also in terms of sound and performance convinces at the highest level. 
 The result can be seen at various events / meetings / fairs !

Since 1988, the businesswoman Jutta and the master mechanic Rolf have built up the company as Eisenmann GmbH - in 2012 the internationally recognized brand Eisenmann Exhaust Systems was created. Well-deserved retirement awaits the two founders. 
 Their combined 51 percent of the company shares went to the Munich business lawyer Marcel Brinkwirth, who was wanted for this position and who will also take over the management of the traditional Hemminger manufacturer with immediate effect.

  Hemmingen, September 7th, 2022  – The Mercedes-AMG G63 has cult status: as an off-road vehicle with the inner values ​​of a sports car, it wears its rough edges with pride. In the future it will have a few more corners, because Eisenmann Exhaust Systems, a brand of S&amp;amp;R Eisenmann GmbH, recently gave the massive engine with the star a hexa tip design that matches the style of the car. As part of a complete exhaust system, of course. 
 The tips, which are visible on the left and right side of the rear door sills, as in the production model, were specially tested in the 3D printer and come in a six-pipe look.  Another difference to the series, in which the classic chrome-plated, oval tips protrude over the door sills, in the new system they are flush, pick up on the sloping side contour and visually extend it down to the wheel arch. 
 Of course, Eisenmann Exhaust Systems not only stands for elegant design, but also for a beautiful sound: The V8 biturbo engine, which brings the approximately 2.5 tons of the AMG G63 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, has a valve control and the typical sonorous Eisenmann sound. The new system design produces two-thirds less exhaust back pressure and optimizes the flow.&amp;nbsp;The system for the Mercedes-AMG G63 has an EC type approval and is therefore street legal.&amp;nbsp; 
 The G-model refined by Eisenmann will celebrate its premiere on September 10, 2022 at the tuning event with live stream from Motorworld Manufaktur Metzingen.             <title type="text">BMW M3/M4 xDrive: Eisenmann closes the design gap</title>

  Hemmingen, May 5th, 2022  - The current generations G80 (BMW M3) and G82 (BMW M4) offer everything that makes the heart of &quot;Bimmer&quot; fans beat faster: pure driving dynamics thanks to turbo engines with the highest level of comfort. Eisenmann Exhaust Systems, a brand of S&amp;amp;R Eisenmann GmbH, is now also launching the matching sports exhaust system for xDrive models: Eisenmann’s system has been available for rear-wheel drive M3 and M4 since autumn 2021. 
 &quot;The really only shortcoming of the otherwise perfect G8X series is the look and sound of the exhaust systems,&quot; says Sarah Eisenmann, head of the marketing and sales department of the family company. She explains: “The standard muffler hangs visibly under the car – unflattering, our customers find. Our designer Robert Szabadkai therefore paid particular attention to developing a really beautiful system - with great attention to detail, right down to the type plate.&quot; 
 The perfect fit of the T304 stainless steel canisters in the installation space was achieved thanks to a deep-drawn construction with cross braces that match the stiffening ribs. The Eisenmann system is thus neatly hidden under the vehicle, matches the look of the four tips and also scores with a third less exhaust back pressure for better performance. 
 In order to emphasize the proportions of the vehicles, the double-walled tips have grown to 110 millimeters and are therefore ten millimeters larger than the standard equipment. They have the side cutout called &#039;Signature Sidecut&#039;, which won the German Design Award 2022 - optionally in carbon, aluminum or black anodized. 
 The stiffening ribs of the silencers with the typical Eisenmann &#039;e&#039; embossed dampen structure-borne noise and preserve the characteristic Eisenmann tone across the entire speed range, which the manufactory can coax out of a turbo engine thanks to three decades of BMW experience. The factory flap control can still be used as usual, allowing the rider to switch between open and closed positions to suit their taste. 
 The sports rear silencers for the G8X models with four-wheel drive have an EC operating permit and are therefore approved for the road.
